LONG TERM CORPORATE RELOCATION PROGRAMS

HSG Mobility provides a wide range of programs to clients on both a fixed and bespoke program basis. Elements of these programs include:

Brief:  Taking and qualifying a comprehensive brief from both the assignee and the relevant HR department. This will include location, property type, budget, timeframes and lifestyle/work/travel requirements.  Often this will also cover all logistics and other relocation elements including orientation visits, children, schools and education needs, pets relocation, visas and shipping, as well as organising airport collection upon arrival and short-term accommodation (serviced apartments or short term lets).

Property Selection & Short Listing: We are specialists in all the local housing and property markets where we operate, both UK and internationally.  Our local knowledge and extensive network of contacts are invaluable in quickly and comprehensively fulfilling each client's requirements.

Accompanied Viewings:  Working one-on-one with the assignee, we take the assignee to see the pre-selected qualified properties.  We assist the assignee in assessing the property and the local area. We also provide unaccompanied viewing programs.

Rent & Lease Negotiations:  We are experts in negotiating and agreeing the best terms for our clients including the best (lowest) rents, negotiating break options and tenant renewal options; in controlling the assessment of damages and the return of security deposits.  We write corporate tenancy agreements for our clients and regularly work with our client's in-house legal and HR/Relocation team.

Inventory Checks, Utility Connections & Local Taxes: We organise independent inventories & check-in/check-outs; utility hook-ups and transfers and the notification of an assignee's occupation to the relevant local authorities.

Tenancy Management & Data basing: We will manage all assignee break & renewal options, notifications and technical/legal documentation as required.  Every relocation, assignee and corporate tenancy is comprehensively data based internally by HSG Mobility..



SERVICED & SHORT  TERM CORPORATE RELOCATION PROGRAMS

HSG Mobility, working in conjunction with our sister company Curzon, provides as an "added value" service over 2,000 serviced and short terms apartments to clients in the UK .  This service is also currently expanding internationally across the USA , Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and Australia

Brief:  This will include location, property type, budget, timeframes and lifestyle/work/travel requirements and duration of stay required. Minimum stays range from 1-night, to 1-week, to 1-month to 6-months or more.  Most booking can be easily extended. Bookings/reservations can be made by credit card through HSG Mobility.. 

Property Selection & Short Listing: We work to each clients specific needs to find the best properties in the best locations within the budgets and timeframes required by our clients.  Many preferable corporate rates are available.

Accompanied Viewings:  Working one-on-one with the assignee, we make all the necessary arrangements for the assignee to visit the pre-selected qualified properties.  We assist the assignee in assessing the property and the local area.

Rent & Lease Negotiations:  We are experts in negotiating and agreeing the best terms for our clients including the best (lowest) rents, negotiating tenant break options and tenant renewal options and in controlling the assessment of damages and the holding and return of security deposits.  Many bookings can simply be charged to a credit or debit card through HSG Mobility.

Inventory Checks, Utility Connections & Local Taxes: It is standard practice for all these elements to be covered by the accommodation provider.  HSG Mobility works with each client to ensure that everything is properly organised and correctly documented.

Tenancy Management & Data basing: We will manage all assignee break & renewal options notifications and technical/legal documentation as necessary.
